I have removed two of the belts on my 1996 Nissan Pathfinder, but I don't know have to move the power steering unit enough to change that belt

There should be an adjusting bolt on one of the mounts of the power steering unit, similar to the one used to adjust tension on the alternator belt. Loosen the bolts securing the power steering unit to its bracket, then turn this adjusting bolt to release tension on the belt.

Do I have to remove the whole power steering to install water pump?

I think on that model you have to remove the power steering pump pulley first before you can get to the rest of the power steering pump mounting bolts.
You can rent a special puller / installer from one from your local auto parts store.
Once you have pulled the pulley and removed the pump mounting bolts, just drop the whole pump unit with the hoses attached out of the way of the water pump.
Good Luck.

Oil pressure gauge keeps fluxuating. Think it is the sensor. Want to know where the sensor is located on my 1994 lincoln continental

The oil sending unit is located below the power steering pump.
You can get to it by removing the alternator, then the three bolts around the power steering pump bracket. Remove the small pulley on the bracket and pull back on the power steering bracket. Look behind bracket and you will see the oil sending unit.

Disconnect the wire from the oil sending unit. Use a deep socket (1 1/16) to remove unit.

While you have unit remove, I would go ahead and use an oil pressure gauge to test the oil pump pressure.

Good luck and hope this helps
