What format are you using? some CD players will not recognize MP3 format or anythig running more than 128 kb/s.

Check your CD burner settings, you should be able to change the format, mp3, wma, ac3,etc. and you should be able to set the audio bit-rate, it should be set to 128 kbits/sec.

I am not sure exactly which format your vehicles CD player can handle, but most CD players will recognize a wma format at 128 kbits/sec.

Assuming you have a factory radio... They will only read certain formats... (probably wont read mp3 or WMA). You will need to burn your cd properly.

depending on your computer/software... some programs give you the option to burn the disk as either a data cd or a music cd, you want to burn it for music... What software do you have, what have you been using to burn the cd?

honestly though, you could get a fairly capable aftermarket radio installed for around 100-200$. almost all new radios have the ability to play mp3 and wma. Some even have usb hook ups and ipod connections and headphone jack in the front so you can hook up virtually anything from a cassette player, zune, ipod satellite radio etc.. You will also have more control over the sound quality and have more power and a cleaner signal going to your speakers...

Cd player wont accept cds

There is nothing you can do to repair this, you must remove the deck and send it out for repair at a factory approved repair station.

2007 Toyota Yaris Stereo Won't Eject CDs

you may have to use needle nose pliers to pull them out or remove the radio and open it up and remove them also take a look at the drive belt it may have broke, there are many electrionic places that will repair it if you remove it and take it to them, most of the one i run into broke a belt or 2cds were jamed inside it.
