Question about 1990 Chevrolet Corsica

Please help... the heat in my daughter's car (1990) chevy corisca will not come on. It will not blow air either. We have checked the fuses and it is not a fuse. Wondering if maybe there is an electrical problem somewhere.

See if there is power to the heater motor. If there is, replace the blower motor. If not, replace the switch.

Have a 1990 buick electra....the 20 amp fuse which controls the air conditioning & heat area keeps blowing immediately once replaced. Any ideas?

Sounds like the coil on the a/c compressor is no good, to test it you need to unplug the compressor and check it again, if it doesn't blow the fuse then it's the coil, if it does blow the fuse then it's the fan blower. Hope this helps

if you mean no air is blowing,i'd say your blower motors cooked or heater panel blower switch/or blower resistor may have melted

The heat won't blow out in my 90 bonneville. The blower works fine and tried checking the fuse box, however not sure which fuse is for the blower. Please help out:)

So what you really mean is that there is NO heat but the blower is working RIGHT? in that case you need to replace the thermostat and make sure you blead all the air out of the system.

Mu daughter ran the car out of gas lastweek, but the car ran after that. the next day the car will not start, there is spark to the car, please help

remove gas filler cap.listen at filler while someone turns key to should hear pump 'hum'.if not, check inertia switch [crash switch] behind carpet on left side of trunk.if it 'hums'check fuel filter,it may be clogged.if pump makes no noise,it may require replacement.modern [plastic] fuel pumps will 'self destruct' if ran dry.gas tank must be removed to replace pump.
