You may find the searial # right on the block on the uper part by the head. right hand side.

Engine light is on, flashes when driving above 100 Km

stop by local parts store (Autozone,Advance, etc) and have them do a free fault code test. They can print out a list of faults and clear the codes

The VIN should be available in several places. You should be able to see it under the windshield in front of the driver's seat (look from the outside), or on a sticker on the driver's side door pillar (where the door latch is). It will also be stamped onto the engine block.

Do you know what voltage drop testing is ? Test the ground circuits as well as B+ side ! Does your manual have wiring diagrams an show connections an ground point's .? There are a number of body grounds hidden you can't see , door pillars , behind the dash , places in the engine compartment, trunk etc....
