    Hi Guru,
No I don't hear any noises when the button is pushed. The other buttons work on the drivers side. Thank you for your suggestion. Tawny J

My husband does the driving, he doesn't hear any sound when attempting to roll down the window. He doesn't hear the tea kettle whistling. I hear sounds that he doesn't so, will let you know if I hear anything. Tawny J

Do you hear any humming when the button is pushed? or any noises? If you do, then the Regulator is broken, and will need replacement. I would recommend getting the part from the dealer, Aftermarket China parts are ****. (dorman)

If you dont hear any noise, watch the dome lamp as you push the button, it you see it dim slightly, the motor is stuck. I would take the door panel off and look at the regulator real close, they are common to break. Use parts from the dealer.

Dorman is a Aftermarket replacement manufacturer that makes window regulators but they are not very good. I would use dealer parts. Dorman does guarantee them , but who wants to replace it 4 times.

My 2001 Bonneville only 1 window works the drivers side. I know all the motors are good . What could it be?

Terrell, some of the wires may be pinched or may have broken over time in the bundle of wires that go through the driver side pillar and into door from constant flexing of opening and closing door. I believe the master switch on drivers door is where the power gets sent to the other window controls. In the links below, some talk about moisture getting inside the plug to a controller for the windows. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

All my windows in my 2002 Bonneville will not roll down. I have checked my fuses and even went and bought a new driver side switches. Can anyone help?

I suspect a bad DDM (drivers door module) but you want a shop to dignose it first, because if you guess wrong, and it doesnt need it, you cant return the part.

You will have to remove the button cover with a flat tool such as a screw driver, and use alcohol with a cotton swab to clean the electrical contacts.

Driver rear window does not work

this is kinda expensive. however it can start cheap if you know what you doing. with my mustang i did it in 3 steps to pinpoint the prob. first i checked motor. i took the regulater off and checked the motor itself. then put the reg back on and checked again with a voltmeter. moved up to the switch and check that out with a volt meter. the volt meter said it was getting power to go down but not up. there for i paid the $12 for a new switch. try this process and see if it works for you. good luck bro.

Windows wont go down or up

Check the switches for a clicking sound if you hear a clicking sound then the switches are fine. Does the driver side switch work for the windows? Check it for the click sound. Make sure it isnt a blown fuse. If you have replaced the fuse and you dont hear clicking sound it might be the switches and you can find them at a junk yard. If you have tried all these things and it still doesnt work you might need new window regulators and/or window motors or it might be a wiring problem.
