Where is the fuse located for a 1984 k10 silverado

Then it's not a fuse problem as long as one window works. You will have to take off the driver's door panel. Likely the strap broke that the window motor uses to raise and lower the window. May require a new strap or a window regulator assembly-visit a junkyard.

If the motor and regulator both work fine or sound like they are engaging when your try to raise the window, but you hear nothing when you try to lower the window then I think it is a pretty safe bet to say your switch is bad.

On a Cavalier 1991 driver side front window. Window will not stay on track. Window falls forward while lowering it. Something seem missing that should hold the window straight while raising and lowering...

The glass for your window sits on a metal bar on the window regulator assembly. The bar is raised by scissor like lifts run by a motor. If it falls forward the rear portion may have come off from the bar and the guides at the rear may have kept it from lower along with the side that is still attached. You will have to open the door panel to gain access to it. Inspect also the guide for dirt or it may need replacing, it could have caused the part of the window to come of.

Below is a sample of what the assembly would look like:

The window need to be lowered to get to bolts that hold it to regulator, then pull glass all the way up and wedge it there, next is to remove all the bolts securing the regulator to door, now work regulator out and replace the motor, with regulator out remove the wedge tilt glass until you are able to get it on the front and rear track ,on track now pull window back up and wedge it.install regulator and bolt it up to door, move regulator with switch to line up bolts to attach glass, now lower glass onto regulator arms and tighten, hope this helps.

Driver side passenger window won't raise back up

It is either the motor of the switch. Operate the switch while listening where the sound is coming from in the door. Then while you are trying to raise the window, hit the interior door panel with some force, not enough to break anything, but hard enough to contact the motor. If it is binding it should allow the window to raise. If it is trying to raise it is probably the motor.

Window came off track nad wont roll up

you will have to remove the door panel and try to lift the window back up, have a look while holding the window up and see if the bolt/rivet holding the window onto the motor has just come loose or broke. Its quite possible its still bolted up to the assembly but the regulator has broken resulting in the window motor not being able to raise/lower window.
The regulators breaking are a common problem they have plastic usually that wears after so long.

Rear passenger electric window stuck in down position

That happened to mine, too. The cable that raises and lowers the window broke. I needed a new window motor assembly. If I recall, I got one used for less than $30, and I know I was able to replace it myself, curbside without special tools. You just need to make sure the window glass is taped up and unable to crash once you remove the old motor. The hardest part for me was figuring out how to remove the interior door assembly!
