I think the control in the window on the driverside needs to be replaced. I had this problem and after changing the actuator - found I had to change the control in the armrest to cure the problem - cleared right up. power locks keep sticking. sometimes - d03441a.jpg

Why is my flex piping hunging low I hear it hit when I go over speed bumps and I also hear some kind of shaking noise when I hit a pump

Flex piping is not a permanent fix. as time goes it will start to flop as you hit bumps. You could try fastening it up or replace with the proper piping.

Dash lights and radio lights sometimes work or flicker when hit a bump. Any ideas?

Might be a loose battery cable. Just a thought. did see other post where you stated that you've disconnected battery several times. Hope you find/found a solution.

My 2002 Alero will not turn over

Make sure the valet parking lock in the glove box is not locked. You'll need the master or driver #1 key. If VP is not locked and this happens use the master key and manually lock and then unlock the driver door then try starting the car. And also you have a working remote key unit when this this happens, step back out of the car. if you have passengers have them exit too. Hit the lock bottom wait a couple of seconds hit the unlock button just once. Only you the driver get into the car place key in ignition turn it over Note: if it dings your good if nothing you'll need to keep locking and unlocking until the security light dings.

My electric locks keep locking and unlocking when driving and my blower motor doesnt work

Unless your remote is being bumped while driving, the master lock switch (on driver's side, sometimes also on passenger side) is about the only thing that can cause this.
Blowers die but relays do too; check in your fuse box for relays and try swapping identical relays between the one that services the heater circuit and another which is functioning correctly.
If the blower is working on the highest speed setting but no others, then the dropping resistor that allows for different speeds has failed. I don't know where that is located in your car; sometimes under the dashboard, sometimes on the firewall under the hood.
You could use a manual for your vehicle if you plan on maintaining it yourself and there is one (on CD) offered on eBay at this moment (July 4, ~ noon EDT) for a very good price of ~$15 US:

Power door lock sticks. sometimes unlocks,

make sure linkage is not sticking, if everything is free moving then i would say you might have a bad door lock actuator. good luck,
