that is a dead battery.
surely head lights work they do , key in pocket.
fix head lights first (path) starting with a voltmeter at the battery
12.6vdc is charged, if ok , check the fuses in the engine bay fuse box called the PDC.

My 2004 jeep jeep grand cherokee will start of but then turnoff rate away it starts ok but none of the are gadges working for the time that it is on


Thats sounds like an antitheft concern. Without codes not much can be done from here, Most likely a transponder issue

I have a 2004 jeep grand cherokee and none of the windows will work and the over head light will not turn off.all the fuses are still good aswell


if your fuses are good check for voltage at the window motor if that is good your problem is in your circut. if your dome light will not shut off that implies that there is a bad switch.

Have a 2004 Cherokee. The electric windows do not work, the electric doors don't lock (except for drives side) and dome light wont shut off


if memory serves right that jeep has a built in door lock module in the door that goes bad.
if you have a scanner you can check for codes

I work for a dodge chrysler jeep dealership,we replace alot of regulators in grand cherokee's,have replaced a few window switches,your dash light problem is more than likely in the head light switch,try working the brightness control and see if that helps

a brake in ur wires in the door,on a 04 grand i had the same problem,in the wire harness were the junction box is rust had broken one of the male prongs
