I'm not sure. But I know some remote starter only run for awhile the shut down.. It also could be the distributor module. When it gets warm it shuts down your engine.. I hoped this helped a little.
try the fuel filter...sounds like debris is plugging the screen then when you try to use it , it stalls, the debris falls after a bit and it starts again
