I would first try doing an oil change and replace your air filter. new spark plugs wouldn't hurt either. there is a product i have found effective called seafoam that if used as directed can clean out most gunk build up in your engine (if your going to use it, use it before the new oil and plugs). That should help to pull some lost power out of her.
