Question about 1993 Honda Accord
If you can't move the gear selector then your shift cable is rusted stuck. If you can move your shift cable it might have broken.
If I misread the question and your shift cable is fine, please read the following.
It is in "limp mode". You should be getting a blinking D or S light on your gauges. One thing it could be is the VSS (vehicle speed sensor). The other would be your TCU (Transmission Control Unit). Here is a picture of one when it is burned out. This is located under the pass side floor carpet (on the slant) It's the smaller box of the two underneath the metal cover.
