Question about 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee
I have problem with Misfire detected in multiple Cylinders and System too Lean?thanks
The misfire is probably due to the lean condition.
The lean condition has several possible causes...
1. plugged fuel filter
2. fuel pump failing
3. fuel pressure regulator failing or stuck
4. injectors plugged
A good course of action is to replace the fuel filter, then run some fuel system cleaner, such as sea foam, through it. If that doesn't do it then check fuel pressure and diagnose whether it is the pump or the regulator.
