Well I have run it to this so many times...
you will need to find out if this vehicle have a fan motor resistor, or if it is built into the dash control, Either way this is what is wrong. what happens is the resister shorted out for any number of resons (most of the time its the resister itself that caused it) and blows, thus making it not work proporly, most of the time its nigh speed or nothing. in most vehicles the resister is located near the blower fan for your heat.
If you need further asistance feel free to reply.

The valve regulating the water flow to the heat exchanger could be broken. It needs to be replace.

The heater in my 2008 pontiac G6 doesn't work how do i fix it

Is the fan blowing for the vents? If not the problem is a fan issue which is much more likely. The hot water usually goes through the heater core all the time and the only reason you get heat when called for is that air is directed across the fins and coils where your engine coolant is going through. Of course the heat does not come on until the engine has heat built up in it say after about 7 minutes of run time depending on ambient temperature.

My van is over heating fan is not coming on

Replace the temp sensor and see if the fan begins to work. If it doesn't then you'll have to replace the fan.

So I am having a problem with my A/C that everyone says is my cabin air filter. When I am parked, the A/C hardly blows at all, but when you speed up it starts going. By the time you hit 70 mph there's...

I would put some thought into replacing the fan or the fan switch first. If the fan works OK when in heat mode, then i would suspect the A/C controls as what you say tells me the fan is not working. Only forward motion of the car causes air to pass through. Your vehicle has a cabin filter, NAPA part #
4814 but it would surprise me that its being blocked could cause the problem you described. In fact I do not think any cabin filter could be blocked to that extent.

CAR HAS NO AC AND WILL OVERHEAT

look at your coolant level and see if its good, also see if your water pump is good.

both of these are important in cooling the engine.

Over heating of Lincoln LS 2000

The coolant must have thickened during the 3 weeks it was not used. Try adding some distilled water. Also check for slackness in the fan belt. Finally clean your air filter too .............sodeep

Heat when the fan blow at 2 but cold if the fan is at 3 speed

1st make sure the heated core is getting hot, do this by feeling the hoses under the hood that supply hot coolant to the core, if the inlet and outlet are hot then the core has circulation and is not the problem, check this and let me know what you find.
