Do your brake lights work? Now test them while operating the turn signal switch. This is likely a bad turn signal switch. Test and let me know.

Sockets and rachets. If you can't get a socket and rachet on the bolts, then you will have to use a closed end wrench or a box wrench sized perfectly to the head of the bolts.

The VIN is the serial number for the entire car. The built sheet codes are located in the glove box for all option codes
