You will have to take the drivers side door card off by removing the screws from the handles.you should find little round plastic caps on the handle itself, pop them out then you will find a screw(normally phillips)unscrew these then you should find a few more along the bottom of the door card.you should now be able to lift the doorcard off with ease thus allowing you to get into the electric window motor.

Drivers door completly in-op,mirror,door lock, all windows, window lockout.truck inside light doesnt even come on when door opened and when unlocking with keyless remote, all doors open except drivers

Inside the drivers door is a drivers door module (computer) which controls all the things you stated. The module is actually the window switch assembly as a whole. Either it has a problem with the data line and can't communicate with the other modules or it has lost its power or ground. Check all fuses, first. Remove the door panel and check the obvious, for cut wires etc. They can even fail internally if they get water into them (window down). You will have to have the BCM (body control computer scanned for codes. It will tell you if the drivers door module is recognized on the data line.

I replaced the driver's side window motor because

I don't know everything there is to know about window motors, but I have seen this before, both mine went out at the same time, not together but a couple weeks apart, like they were dated. Anyway, I replaced both motors, then both operators. Now they both work fine. I would hang on to the old motor, you never know, it might be good, You might have a bad switch on the door, I had to take my switches apart on my other truck and clean the contacts, got both motors working again, Hope this helps.

The window on the driver's side will not go up or down and will not stay up.

Need to check power to switch - then to window motor -- to do this you have to remove drivers door panel and use and test light with the ignition switch in the on postion. With test light connected to window motor, press switch up or down , if light comes on and motor does not - replace motor - if no power at motor replace switch..

The drivers side window stoped working on my 2004 silverado the passenger side works fine

Try the fuse. The switch may be faulty so check by removing the inner door panel and connecting a 12v battery via two wires to the motor that winds the window up and down. If it goes up and down it's probably the switch which may just need a clean on the terminals.

Right rear window in-op

You need a new window regulator. Some come with a new motor and some don't. Get ready to spend some money for that regulator.
