This is not a DIY problem, it really needs to go to a qualified mechanic. Special tools are probably needed for removal of the old one.

Are you asking about the boot on the CV joint, or the transmission seal where the CV joint axle fits into the transmission?

I have a clicking sound when I am turning. Is an immediate repair necessary?

If a front wheel drive vehicle makes a clicking sound when turning it ALMOST ALWAYS means that the CV joint boot has split, lubricant has leaked out and road grime has caused the CV joint to wear.
Examine both CV joints and look for grease that has leaked out.
IF THE BOOT has split, you should have it replaced as soon as possible. Once the ball bearings inside the CV joint wear down in size, they can catch and it's possible that the CV joint can shatter or lock up. Not a good thing if you're moving in traffic.
Yes, take care of that problem right away.

When Im turning i can hear a clicking coming from the front side of my car what could it be?

check your CV joint boots. If the boot is torn then the CV joint is probably bad. replace the whole drive shaft instead of repairing just the outer CV joint.

Cv joint but the plastic thang that go around it

One would have to remove the half shaft to service the cv joint properly.

Cv boots need repair work & bearings need grease packing.

I would strongly suggest you replace the whole cv joint. If it is clicking then the joint is worn out. Driving it with no grease will cause the wear to increase and become a hazard. The joint could break and you will be out alot more than just replacing the joints now.
