SOURCE: when apply throttle at full speed ,engine will

Sounds like e.g.r. valve is stuck and not fuctioning because of carbon build up, you will have to take off and clean, and clean inside intake where it bolts on, use a shop vac for that, also you can buy a screan gasget at any auto parts store to keep any particals you miss in intake from geting back into e.g.r. valve. this should cure both your problems.

2000 ford taurus ses surges when engine is warm and stalls frequently

I would take it by any auto parts store to have them pull codes from the computer. They should be able to tell you the problem. However, I would suspect the IAC (idle air controller) to be faulty.

Car Surges then dies at a stop only in hot or warm weather

Think about what you just said. Only does this in times of higher temps out BUT never in winters cold. Doesn't that seem strange to you. Well I guess it does, huh. Anyway, know these systems helps. When engine is started, the temp sensor tells the computer it needs to place the engine to cold start mode. It does this and extra fuel is put into the cylinders to keep it running like a choke on the carbureted engines. But those you can turn the choke off or it does this automatically from the warmer engine. If in fact the temp sensor is not telling the computer it's warm enough to be taken out of cold start mode, it keeps dumping excessive fuel into the cylinders an flooding the engine causing it to surge and then die, because it's flooded. Therefore, the temperature sensor is faulty and needs replaced. Do that and drive on.

Check engine light comes on. RPMs surge and sometimes engine dies when idling after engine is fully warmed up. Car hesitates at times. Car will jump or **** at times when driving at highway speeds when...

Mine was doing that also.. We changed the two EGR valves, changed spark plugs and wires, and finally cleaned the Mass Air flow Sensor with carburetor cleaner. That seemed to helped the most. You have to take the sensor off to do it.. you can find a youtube video that explains it. Now all I have to do is figure out why my car's RPM's surge when slowing down.

Engine surge during warm up.

Try changing your PCV valve make sure the hose is clean and not full of oil. Also check the elbow end that goes to the intake they tend to collapse from oil saturation. Hope this helps.

Cold Start Idle Issue

Problem might be the air control valve, it's located at the right side rear of intake manifold and has a hose going to the air intake duct from the air cleaner, as a test you might try pinching off that hose when the idle is a problem.
