They are either worn out or they need tightening. it sounds like the alternator belt if it only does it at start.

Nissan Tiida makes a noise form the belts everytime i start the car

This is a common problem when belts become glazed from use and the heat in the engine compartment. You can temporarily solve this by very carefully spraying some Q20 or similar penetrating oil on the belts while the engine is ticking over - you can do it with the engine turned off, but it is not as effective.
Sometimes the belts are just loose from slight stretching (wear) and need tightening, but normally when they start screeching they need replacement.

Everytime I go to the auto bay at the car wash,my air con. compressor gets water on and squeels.{I know it is not the belts]I spary wd40 on it,and stops for awile, then starts up very loudly. What is the...

Ouch....DON'T use wd40 on it ! ! ! ! That will make it worse !!!!! ... I would say it IS the belts getting water on them at the car wash. Your best bet for cleaning the belt is to use Carb Cleaner from O'Reilly's, AutoZone, etc... DON'T spray on belt while engine is running unless you have safety glasses/shield on. This stuff will fly back and get in your eyes, etc...
If that doesn;t work, a new belt is in order. Put that WD-40 away..............

Belts on car keep breaking, in cold and hot weather

check all the pulleys for side play, and for small pieces of belt.if there is a belt tensioner, check it and make sure that it is free to move.on alot of vehicles,it is a bad tensioner that breaks the belts.the tensioner bearing gets hot, seizes up and the belt burns.if your car does not have air conditioning, that is the third belt. get a belt routing diagram if there is not one under the hood.make sure the belts are not overtightened.there hould be about an 1/8 inch deflection in the center of the belt, and a 30 degree twist from side to side.
