Question about 1998 Ford Windstar
Well that is not a lot of info to go on. Was there a history? Did it start before you replaced it?
Either the problem is still the fuel pump or you have a secondary problem.
1. The brand new expensive fuel pump could be a DOA unit. It happens sometimes.
2. When you hooked the new pump up is it possible the electrical connection is bad? You really need a pressure tester for the injection system to know what it is doing.
