Hello Harris.
There is a fuse that powers the OBD connector.
It is generally the same fuse that powers the cigarette lighter.
Check fuse number 23 in the underhood fuse panel.
Hope this helps you get your test complete.

    Sorry Harris.
I should have looked up the diagram instead of assuming.
The 10 amp fuse for the OBD connector is in the rear fuse panel and is marked #4 position.
The fuse block is on the left side of the rear passenger compartment, under the rear seat.
    Again, my apologies.

We dont have te owners manual to the car and the horns not working. we think it may be a fuse but dont know wich fuse to check

First of all, if your horns are not working, it is NOT CAUSED by a fuse! Fuses do not cause electrical system failures. Blown fuses are ALWAYS THE RESULT of an electrical system failure.

2000 Buick lesabre a/c keeps blowing fuses

If A/C fuse blows open you have a short to ground, youll need to inspect the wires if wire and connection are good then your problenm is the clutch of your A/C shorting internally, youll also need to know if the
A/C compressor is failing internally

2000 buick lesabre all windows not working also door locks trunk release and radio speakers? fuses all check good could it be the drivers door module?

if the drivers door window works you probably have a open in the serial data line.i have found the data line corroded under the drivers seat causing this problem on other vehicles.you need to check for continuity on the data line between the driver door module and either one of the other door modules.the data line is tan with a white stripe.if it does not have continuity it is probably corroded under the drivers seat beneath the carpet.keep posted.

Brake lights work but tail lights won't work with front lights which are needed at night on 2000 Chevy Malibu! When inspected, everything was fine until inspector changed my left tail light. Now tail...

The Tail lights and Instrument lights are usually on the same circuit so both will go out if the fuse for the circuit blows. Check for a blown fuse for this circuit and replace if out. If fuse continues to fail, check the tail light or side globes for a faulty globe and replace if necessary. Also check for any chafed wires that could be shorting to the body causing the fuse to blow.
