Check fluid level and color, adjust as needed, if there is no change then you may have one or more filters that could be clogged or something more serious like a bad pump, internal leak, or so on.

My 95 ford f150 runs great till it warms up it seems then the fuel pump looses power n shuts down wait few mins kicks back on runs fine till few min later

Sounds like your ignition module it is common on fords to do this when its cool it will start and run fine but once it heats up the truck dies until you let it cool down again and then your up and running till it heats up again. Some modules are mounted on the fender others are mounted with the distributor have it checked and let me know how it went.

Hi Rodney, Have the vehicle scanned and diagnosed. That way you will know for sure where the problem is. I believe the problem is in the control system. Regards John

89 gmc f150 v6 chugging out like its gona die

F150 is a Ford model truck, not GMC.
But at any rate, since I don't know if you have a Ford F150 of some kind, a 87 GMC S15 or some kind of 89 GMC with a V6 I will suggest taking the ignition module to an Auto Zone and having them test it (A free service). Also test the fuel pressure.
If a tune up and fuel filter has not been done in some time that could very well be an issue.

I want to adjust the idle on a 2003 ford f150

The engine Idle is adjusted by the PCM (power control module) If your having idle problem, cleaned the throttle body real good (just to make sure there wasn't a problem there) then do a "IAC relearn" by unhooking the battery, letting it sit for about 5 minutes, then hooked battery back up, let it idle for 3 mins, put in gear and held it there for 3 mins, and then neutral for 3 mins, then back into park. Go for a test drive and this should fix the problem.

When its warmed up, in park or in gear, RPMs are about 600-650 at warm idle. At cold its about 850 or so, Good luck and thank you for using Fixya

1990 ford f-150 5.0 auto idles at 2000-2200 when warm, it goes up and down when heat or cooling is used.Changed IAC valve and checked pcv valve. What do I look for next?

first thing to do is to disconnect the battery for about 15 min. this lets the computer clear out its old idle strategy. reconnect the battery, turn of a/c and any other electrical loads and let it just idle for 10 -15 min. then turn on a/c and let idle another 10 min. this lets the computer relearn the idle strategy. if it still idles fast, check that the throttle plates are in fact all the way closed, and not hung open for some reason. if that's ok, check for a vaccuum leak. ok, on second thought, maybe check for a vacuum leak first, it would be fairly big if its idling that high
