The first thing you need to do is clean the battery terminals. These vehicles are very sensitive to voltage drops in the electrical system and cause the very problem you are having. Be careful battery corrosin is acidic. If this does not cure the problem thwe you most likely have a defective BCM (Body control module)

Sounds like the Body Control Module, they are common on this van.

Sometimes the headlights turn on when van is turned off. Now the wipers turn themselves on and off even when my 1992 dodge caravan is turned off and when they do this the headlights do as well.

Sounds like you have a wiring or switch problem. If switch is internally bad, it may be completing circuit witch are activating your lights and wipers.
If wiring, might have to trace them and see if insulation has been damaged, which is also completing circuit and causing your problems.
If you know where your fuse panel is, remove one fuse at a time for each component and see if the problem goes away. This will help you narrow where the problem is.

I have a 1998 Plymouth voyager and the climate control lights are flashing. I ran a test i found on the internet and got it down to two lights flashing(the ac and the recirculate). I got it to where the...

OK got your message on the other post (About the van) I am assuming that your Voyager is equipped with Automatic Climate Control. Follow the instructions below and you will get a better idea of what is wrong with your system.

Calibration/Diagnostics
1. To enter calibration/diagnostics test, set parking brake. Start and warm engine to normal operating temperature. With engine idling, turn blower switch to high. Turn mode switch to panel. Open all outlets. Move temperature to full cold.
2. Press and hold rear wash and rear wiper buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds (Until ALL LEDs illuminate). All LEDs should illuminate for 5 seconds. Rear wiper and intermittent rear wiper button LEDs will flash alternately during calibration/diagnostics test.
3. After approximately 60 seconds, if only the rear wiper button LED is flashing, calibration is successful and the system is okay. If rear wiper and intermittent rear wiper button LEDs are flashing, Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are present. (See "Reading Diagnostic Codes" below)
4. To exit calibration/diagnostics test at any time, press the rear window defogger button, rear wiper button, or cycle the ignition off and then on. Test will automatically terminate 15 minutes after calibration/diagnostics is entered.

Reading Diagnostic Codes
1. Perform calibration/diagnostics test. If a DTC is present after calibration/diagnostics test has been performed, system will flash rear wiper and intermittent rear wiper button LEDs in sequence. Rear wiper represents code level, and intermittent rear wiper button LED represents code value.
2. Each time the rear wash button is depressed, rear wiper button LED wil cycle to the next code level in numeric sequence. After code level 5 is reached, rear wiper button LED will cycle back to code level 1. See table below.

Windshield wipers turn on by themselves for 2 or 3 swipes and turn off by themselves

These are "rain sensing" wipers and will occasionally do this based on the sensitivity setting and the amount of light outside. Most of the time the system works fairly well, I sometimes leave the wipers off if it's dry out.

1998 dodge caravan. AC problem. My AC doesnt work, the lights on the dash are blinking. I took the Van to C-Tire to get the AC recharged as the AC clutch was not turn when the van is running. C-tire did a...

do this calibration reset, it will usually rest he lights and the ac will work again, if it doesn't reset you have a part failure and the dealer you need to hook a Chrysler scan tool to diagnose the problem.

CALIBRATION/DIAGNOSTICS TEST ENTRY
TO INITIATE TESTS:
Set Blower motor ON HIGH
Set Mode position to Panel
Set Temperature to Cold (Both slide pots if equipped)
Depress WASH and REAR WIPER button simultaneously for 5 Seconds (Until all LED's light)
RESULTS:
All LED's will turn on for 5 Seconds
Calibration Test is running when REAR WIPER and INTERMITTENT are alternately flashing. Cooldown test is running if A/C and RECIRC are alternately flashing.
Acceptable results is REAR WIPER LED is the only LED flashing. Push Rear Wiper to exit.
After all tests have passed, Calibration Diagnostics and Cooldown can be run separately

AC & Rear wiper switch button indicator lights blink

The procedure for re-setting the HVAC control panel on a 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan follows:
With ignition on but not running
1. turn knob to air vents
2. turn fan knob to ON
3. temperature setting on COLD (2X) {I have dual temp controls}
4. hold top(rear wiper) and bottom (rear wiper with wash) buttons pressing down together until all the buttons cycle through (this will require 1 to 2 minutes of continuous pressing)
I learned this from a very helpful local Dodge service adviser
