SOURCE: fuse box cover is missing
Check ALL the fuses for any burned out ones. With the fuse remover clip or needle nose pliars they can easily be removed. Unless you buy a diagram online or at a store. that;s the way to go.

remove 4 scrwes at air filter box and big hose clamp remouve air flow meter
