Check the bulbs themself externally of the vehicle,on the side thats staying on,chances are you have either a burnt signal taillight bulb,or a burnt front signal bulb......usually most cars have a default of not flashing\just staying on so that you become aware that you have a burnt bulb

on another thought...just had a flashback from working on one of those that left me stumped for a bit....but under the steering column above the fuseblock theyres a relay in there....its a larger kinda double in size compared to the others, anyways the one i had, the terminals were bad on it as its the flasher element, ended up just tightening the terminals with a pick and adding dieelectric grease...found it by accident just by jiggling the flasher element then it started working.....and of course it could be the flasher element itself,it could be tired, if bulbs all good etc...just a thought anyways

I have a fiat dobblo my right indicator works fine but my left flashes quickly and they both come on together and they are low

Make sure that all the indicator bulbs on the left is working. Is one of them isn't going on, the rest on the left hand side will flash faster. If you had one of your indicator bulbs replaced recently? The circuit on the indicators have a certain resistance. If one bulb goes faulty. Or replaced by an aftermarket it will behave like that.

Vauxhall Astra Envoy indicators not flashing

With out doubt it is the Indicator Flash Unit (Found near fuses) its a plug type box. you pull it out, plug in new one and it works. (Kinda looks like a strange adaptor plug you would put in a power socket.
