Got my trucked scanned today at auto zone and this is what they told me.

My Throttle Position Switch showed problems

My Fuel Integration lines (or something like that) on all 8 of my cylinders was showing open

would it could all mean (mainly the Fuel lines thing) how can I fix it and what it will cost either having friends doing it or taking to a shop.

Also My truck stalled out 4 times driving to auto zone, but on the drive home and I did make one stop before I went home it seemed fine. Didn't stall out or anything to bad once. I have not driving it in 3 day's so until today it was just sitting. Which makes me think that something could be really rusted or dirty. could that be it?

You don't Say year of the truck but here is the most common cause, it is a sludged up automatic idle speed control system, the procedure below fixes this problem most of the time, this assumes u don't have a check engine light coming on or any computer comntrol fault code in memory.
Follow the instructions exactly please.
I want you to get a can of intake cleaner (ABOUT $5.00) from any local auto parts store like NAPA or Carquest, do not use carburetor spray, intake cleaner only or u will damage the Teflon coating inside the throttle valve and air bypass valve, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake.

get the electronics tested for whatever code is in memory, the system sets a code when the check engine light is turned on by the computer, this code is very important in making sense of the problem, still do the cleaning i outlined

until you find out what the fault code that was set when the check engine light came on u are flying blind here, have 35 years of electronic engine control diagnosis and rep[air to draw on but the basic code test needs to be done to help u further, the choice is yours, Kragen and Autozone do this test free of charge, please do the test and let me know the results ASAP. Thanks

If you have no check engine codes I would look for a vacuum leak first.
You can check vacuum hoses by spraying a light coating of WD-40 on them and seeing if the roughness stops momentarily. Or you can use a vacuum guage. Either way.

If you do have an engine code see if its related to the MAP or IAC sensors and we will go from there.

You did have codes eh? Good job getting them read. I would replace the throttle position sensor first and clear the codes and drive it a bit before having the codes checked again.

A sticking tps could be your issue. It would make the truck run rich sometimes when it shouldnt and stall out. So that shows promise.

The people at Autozone should be able to sell you a new tps. Replacing it shouldnt be too hard....but you will need someone with tools and basic repair skills to change it.

    keep me posted!

Acceleration won't go past 3000 PRM at idle

The car does have a maf, but it is rarely the cause of rough idle. Rough idle is usually caused by vacuum leak, pvc issues, or idle air control valve. What does it do, specifically, and is the engine light on?

I have 2002 audit quattro TT with 180k miles. When I do a normal acceleration the car surges and rpm drop but pick back up. If I accel hard it runs fine. Also at idle at times it varies 200 rpm like a

this sounds similar to a problem i had. as the rpm went over 2000 the engine would stop for a split second and then kick back in.
after a few days looking my garage finally found the problem was a faulty air mass meter.
this cost me £200 in total to be repaired.

2003 cartier 4.6L 120K miles. At idle, and idle only, the engine will run a little "rough". When I accelerate, no problems at all. Any ideas?

Try this.
Here is the most common cause of surges and stalls at stops and low erratic idle speed and rough idle, it is the idle speed control air-bypass valve and throttle valve (IAC for short), they get full of gunk over the miles and cause idle issues (stalls, low idle) like yours, Get a can of intake cleaner from any local parts store, not carb spray, intake cleaner, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake
