Question about 1999 Chevrolet Astro
You will need to get to the inside of the door to do this. First start by getting the door panel off. There usually is a screw near the inside door handle and two near the armrest. there may also be others so visually inspect the panel especially around the perimiter. After all screws removed the panel will pull off the door by prying clips lose that are around the outside of the panel - start at the bottom and work your way up. Once removed ther will be plastic that forms a water barrier carefully peal this back near the outer door handle you should then see the door handle. Usually two bolts will remove it. There will also be rods attached to the handle and the lock cylinder. these can be removed by releasing the clip that is pessed onto the rod and pulling the rod out.Once you get the handle out you will see how to replace the lock. If this helps please reply and good luck
