You didn't provide a description of the problem at all. The result is that I have to guess and guessing is prone to error.
I will have to assume that it isn't running. It could be fuel pressure too low or crankshaft sensor. However if you have spark at all it is not likely to be the crank sensor. At this point I would lean towards checking the fuel pressure. These pumps go bad all the time.

Cranks over but will not fire

Really need more info...However there are many components that could cause the problem..I would start with check all fuses/relays.If all show to be operable mainly fuel pump relay I would carefully and safely (with safety glasses) remove fuel line from front of fuel filter (directed toward front of vehicle)stand back and have an assistant crank engine over for 5 seconds while you observe filter to verify that fuel is coming out of filter meaning fuel pump is working correctly..USE EXTREME SAFTEY..NO SMOKING..,FUEL WILL NOT BE BUT AROUND 50psi IN WHICH CASE NOT THAT HIGH OF RATE..If all seems proper re-assemble to spec and check crank sensor, cam sensor..etc...Send more info and I can better serve you..

I bought the car from auction and I change the engine,BCM,PCM and the fuse box but the car won't start. It's crank but would hold the fire.

Are you getting fuel into the engine?

Possible bad fuel filter or fuel pump. Also check the fuel relay module. I would check that next, then the fuel filter. If you are not getting fuel to the engine then you may have a bad fuel pump.

SOUND LIKE FUEL FILTER OR WEAK PUMP.IF YOU HAVE CARBURETOR FUEL FILTER IN REAR UNDER THE CAR IN FRONT OF SPARE TIRE FRONT IN LINE FILTER IS LOCATED AT THE CARBURETOR.IF YOU HAVE FUEL INJECTION ENGINE FUEL FILTER LOCATION IS ON FIREWALL IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT.IF FILTER CHANGE DONT STOP STALLING PROBLEM COULD BE IDLE SPEED TOO LOW AND FUEL PUMP TOO WEAK NOT PUMPING ENOUGH FUEL FOR HIGH SPEED DRIVING.

2002 jeep 4.0l 6 cly cutting out while driving

So as you are driving it turns off and you have to manually start it again? Is this generally soon after you start driving it and does it happen repeatedly or just once per drive? Also, have you taken it to an auto parts store and gotten the codes checked on it? If not that would be the first step and if you get nothing, then I would check the firing and also temperature related components but please respond to my questions so that I can narrow it down further.

I have 95 silverado 5.7 rebuilt motor it starts good runs good

You are not getting enough of one or more of the following;
1. Fuel 2. Air 3. Spark 4. Vacuum
See possible causes and fixes below 1. Fuel -If carburated, may need to be rebuilt, no way to tell w/o dissassembly and looking at valves/jets -If fuel injected, injectors could be dirty or malfunctioning, are they old?
Q -  does engine run smooth at any speed? If not, not all cylinders may be firing
2.  Air - is air filter clean? Is there debris in air box?
3. Spark - does engine sound like all cylinders firing? If so, spark should be fine. But have you checked plugs recently? Changing all plugs, especially b/c V8, could really help Check for gap and corrossion/wear patterns to ascertain engine/cylinder running conditions. If you are unsure how to read plugs, then brush up on the subject (like I have to).
4.  Vacuum - MOST OVERLOOKED ISSUE in general engine work, all engines require vacuum to run various valves and components, vacuum leaks are more easily tested using gauge, bought/borrowed or performed in shop.
Check all these things, maybe fuel filter, too.
Special note: there is a chance if you have run tank (or someone else did) to empty repeated times that debris from tank has built up in fuel pump's internal filter, which is before fuel line filter. Only by removing and inspecting pump can this be checked. Inspect all previously mentioned items, then check fuel pump. If all that doesn't work, then give me a terrible grade and repost and I'll try again...
