You have no provided the symptoms of your hard start. for instance does it crank? or fail to crank? any other deviations from a normal start? slow crank. more noise etc.

All that provides clues as to the actual problem. Those clues are what auto technicians use to diagnose and fix a car. That being said the most common problems for hard hot starts is poor electrical connections to the starter and bad starters.

Hi,
Oil has to warm up in order to reach the top of the engine enough to lubricate everything well. In the summer, 30 seconds or so id more than enough, but in the winter, let the engine stabilize a bit before putting any stress on it. New cars dont have to wait as long compared to old because older engines have manual chokes that adjust fuel ratios. Fuel injected engines compensate for temperature, but the oil is more important.
However modern cars don't need warming up. Just get in and drive. Just don't beat on it until the engine is fully warmed up.
Get the code run and fix the problem. Autozone and other places like that will read it for free.

Car starts, but when warm shuts down ,has to sit for 5 to 10 minutes before being able to start back up, seems like its not getting spark

Sounds like the typical main relay problem on your Accord. It runs fine, but when warm, will not restart for a few minutes after you shut it off. Have the main power relay replaced.
