The sensor is built into the distributor mounted on the cylinder head.
The CKP Sensor determines timing for Fuel Injection and ignition of each Cylinder and also detects Engine speed. The TDC (top dead center) Sensor determines Ignition Timing at start-up (cranking) and when crank angle is abnormal.
I hope this helps you towards a repair.

crank sensor is located to the upper right hand side of the crank pulley. you have to remove the pulley to access this. you can test it without removing the pulley though.

1995 honda odyssey starts and then dies

Isince it cranks, means you have power, elctric system is ok! I guess.. this could be a result of gas delivery problem... either a pump or gas circuit controller.... OR a small propable reason if you have an immobilizer (electronic chip on key!)... but there should be the securit key highlithed on dashboard...

1996 Honda Odyssey runs but not full power the codes for TDC senser came up .I erased the code and got a used distributer and still have same problem if i erase the code it comes back as soon as i turn it...

This sensor isn't related to the distributor!!More than like you have a faulty crank sensor. Its located within the lower timing belt cover, which will require crankshaft pulley removal.
