When you park the vehicle for the night slide a sheet of cardboard underneath. next day open the hood and sight down from a vertical position with the spot and inspect all components on that line of sight. it's not hot so it is alright to use your hands also.

Water leak

Find a brave soul who will taste the water, just a tiny droplet.
If it really is water, it should be coming from your air conditioner.
You might take a flashlight and try to determine exactly where the water is coming from, by parking the car in the same spot each time, and then opening the hood and see what is above the drips.
If it is radiator coolant, it should taste sweet, and should have some color, like whatever your coolant is colored.
That could be pink, yellow, blue or green, but outside of a clear glass dish collector, it would be hard to tell.
Radiators should not have water, it should be coolant, which is a 50%/50% mix of water and anti-freeze.
Moisture on windows is a different matter, usually.
We will hope the heater core is not leaking to cause the moisture on the windows, 'cause that is a terrible big job to fix.
Be blessed.

I smell gas but i'm not lossing any.

My first question is - is the check engine light on when you are driving ?
You could have a leaking injector which could be causing fuel to escape thru the exhaust. You could also have a leak in the vent system for the gas tank.
The need for coolant and oil if no leaks are visible usually means the engine is burning the fluids because of an internal engine leak or head gasket problem.

My Saturn is linking coolant from bottom cant see it any idea

park yuour vehicle in a dry place like a garage or overhang area that you can see very well in or bring a light to it, after you park immediately open the hood and start to look from underneath the car for the drips and follow them back to where the leak is if you cant still find it try and inspect the hoses and lines following them from the radiaotr to thier connections

actually it is not good idea to replace your coolant by water only you shoul full your coolant system 50/50 mixture coolant and water because coolant has uniqe smell and color so easier to identified leaks.
first check your oil condition and coolant reservior for any coolont oil mixture for figure out head gaskets condition if you have any oil coolant mixture in oil or coolant you have a blown head gaskets this will send you to mechanic if everthing looks clear then go front driver side bottom of radiator and open the drain **** (make sure car is cool and put container under because coolant is toxic and mess up your drive way )open reservior tab too and drain all the water close back drain **** probably your vehicle prefer dexcool(red color)
fill 3 qt dexcool then water or just buy ready mix run the engine with reservior tab open and check coolont level add more if necesery suquize collont hoses for air inside when engine start hit up close reservior tab. on passanger side front of the engine has a coolant drain plug open with number 8 wrench untill you see the coolant come out( bleed the system for air) make this several times turn on your heat too and bleed again and watch your upper and lover hoses for any visible leaks fallow small coolant lines like under throttle body check thermostat housing under throttle body on 3.4l engines check under radiator if your pressure cab dosen't look good get a new pressure cab .shut of the car and check for leaks once you find out where is leak from easy to fix it.

Yellowish-Green LEAK HELP!

I am guessing that you may have mold (green) in the water coming from your Air Conditioner or from the water channels where the water flows from the car vents to the ground. Usually green is the coolant. Could also be a prankster the poured some lime flavored pop/soda under your car or one leaked in the trunk? Did someone else park there and you are seeing their leaked stuff? Without more info, this is just wild guesses. Where is the leak seen - inside the car? under the engine? floor of a garage? outside in the street? Maybe even windshield washer fluid was that color if it spoiled?
