go over the basics, fuel pressure, spark, injector signal, when you know what is missing you can diagnose from there, most times a ground wire was missed, you may also check compression,

My low beam doesn't work?

You should illuminate something , like check power to you light first , instead of throuing parts in it.
Take connector out of light bulb , use test light , put it across terminals on the wire connector , turn low beam on , see if light comes on , if not ck what you missing , power or the ground , and go from there.

Possibly a bad ground just below the distributor, but, sounds more like a bad fuel pump/filter.

Keep blowing ECM fuse on 90 honda accord

I'm thinking the ECM is bad and grounding out, causing the car to blow the fuse. The old gas wouldn't cause this problem.
