Needing color coded wiring schematic for junction of fuel pump and fuel level float inside gas tank

They are 2 ways to get this. An internet search using your year make and model car with the term fuel pump wiring or wiring diagram usually pulls up a collage of good diagrams. Or the autozone site has a help site at the bottom of its help page, There is a free part and a pay part, but free info will supply diagrams.

I replace the fuel pump on my 1992 ford bronco and still doesnt supply fuel is there a relay i dont know of

Are you getting battery power and ground at the fuel pump connector? (This should have been checked BEFORE replacing the pump)

Other things to check:
1. Fuel Pump relay in the Engine Compartment Fuse Block
2. The relay is powered (Secondary -or- "fuel pump side") by Fuse 0 in the Engine Compartment Fuse Block.
3. The relay Primary -or- "control" side is powered by Pin 37 RED wire at the PCM
4. The relay Primary control (or ground circuit) is operated by Pin 22 LIGHT BLUE/ORANGE wire at the PCM
5. The Inertia Fuel Shut-off Switch located between the fuel pump relay and the fuel pump may need to be reset. The switch is located behind the right kick panel. The DARK GREEN/YELLOW wire at the switch is the feed from the fuel pump relay. The other wire goes to the fuel pump. Some units have the DARK GREEN/YELLOW wire going in and the wire going out can also be DARK GREEN/YELLOW, or PINK, or ORANGE - the wiring diagram for your vehicle does not specify the color of the wire that actually goes to the fuel pump itself.)
6. If none of the above produce any results, make sure that your ground wire at the fuel pump has good continuity to ground. It usually screws to the left frame rail near the fuel tank.

Any of these components (including the PCM) or their connecting wires could be the cause of your problem.

How many ways can the wires be hooked up for the fuel pump? i am not sure if i have them on correctly.does not seem to be getting fuel to the fuel rail.my wire harness has three wires to hookup on top of...

One of the wires is for the gauge sender. You can check for voltage at the ends of the wires using a test light. There should be voltage there briefly (one second or so) when you first turn on the ignition. You need to get the polarity of the pump wires correct, so you might have to try both ways and see which way it pumps fuel. Was there not an electrical connector on the tank? You could also find a wiring diagram and determine which wire is which by color, and then check the connector pin digram to determine which color wire goes to which pin.

Have 88 f 150, turn the key and the pump in the gas tank has no noise. there are some pulled wires by the transfer case, broke by frame, that don't color code to anything. need a color code diagram of wire...

the nain fuel pump power on mos fords was PINK or RED. But 1st check would be the anti-rollover switch (Usually up near the kickpanel). If that has tripped, pressing the reset button will restore power to the pump.

The fuel pump relay switch is located on the firewall, behind a plastic cover. It is a black plastic 1 inch by 1 inch switch with a four or five wire plug. It is designed to operate the fuel pump for 3 to 8 seconds when you turn the ignition switch on to prime the injector rail hope u find it
