Power window won't go up

After I verify both driver window control switch and the passenger wdo control switches don't cause the window to operate, I turn off engine and go on ACC Mode and listen for a relay clicking in the door or the BCM while you operate the switch. If you hear a click, then it's a bad wdo motor.

Replace the master switch assembly.

Electrical Switch or bad motor. Usually corrosion is problem.

The master switch connector does have circuits that have power on them. The Master switch is not directly connected to the window motors. The switch sends a signal to the Front Electronic Module and the module controls operation of the motor on the driver side. The passenger door window motor is controlled by a different module

replace the window regulator the cable prob. broke

The cable is broken. And unfortunately the motor track and cable is probably one whole assembly. So you need to replace it all as it is one unit.

It is probably the cable that broke. You may have to replace the whole assembly.

Test the electrical circuit . Is there B+ at the switch , is it getting to the motor ? How To Diagnose your Power Window Problem Is the Switch or motor bad

If you can do it, run a jumper from the drivers door to the passenger door. Unplug both motors. try to run the passengers door off the drivers switch to rule out the motor.
