Question about 2004 Toyota Highlander
ZJLimited is incorrect. There is button is underneath the dash, slightly to the left of center. You cannot see it while sitting in the seat. The black button is clearly is labeled "Tire Pressure." Ensure the tire pressure is correct, turn the engine on, press the button, and the light goes off.

if this is a toyota 4runner, to reset your tire pressure light, all you need to do is drive your car for up to 10 minutes. On a 4runner the computer takes a reading from your TPMS every minute
*if this is not for a 4runner, there may be a different procedure to reset the sensors, but try this first

SOURCE: Tire pressure light
On the lower left hand side of the dash, near the Traction control button, is a small push button. Just press and hold until the Tire Pressure light goes out. Of course, make sure you're pressure is ok, otherwise, it will just come back on in a couple minutes.

Some newer Toyota vehicles have a sensor in the spare tire. Tires loose air over time naturally. I would check out the spare.
When did this TPS light start coming on?
Have you had new tires put on, or had a flat repair done before the light?
