Question about 2003 Hyundai Tiburon
Car idles and will go ok, but as soon as you hit the gas hard it wants to bog down. Went to auto zone they put the code scanner on it and the codes for oxygen sensors bank 1 upper and bank 2, i have replaced and the check engine light wont go off, what else could be the issue.
Have light turned off with scanner, or drive it a few miles to see if it goes off. just because the sensors have been changed the pcm thinks there is still a problem and keeps light on. turn off with scanner.

The engine and transmission in this cars drivetrain are fully electronically controlled by a computer called the PCM (Power Train Control Module). Whenever a problem like this occurs the computer stores a record of the problem in the form of a fault code in its memory, to read these fault codes you must have the systems memory scanned with a special tool. Once the fault code(s) are read you then must perform the appropriate diagnostic testing to find and resolve the problem(s)
