Question about Chevrolet Silverado 1500
A solus definitely should be able to clear your airbag light. are you going into the airbag module in the starting screen? where it asks you engine, abs, bcm, airbag, IPC, etc... if the light will not go out, the problem for the logged code still exists. what is the code that is appearing?

To reset the CHANGE ENGINE OIL lihght, turn the ignition key to run with the engine off. Fully press and release the accelerator pedal three times within five seconds. If the CHANGE ENGINE OIL message flashes for five seconds, the system is reset.
Disconnect the battery for a few seconds. If nothing else you can take it to oriellys or autozone n have them put their scanner on it and reset the codes.
Disconnect the battery. But you should have it checked. There's a code stored in memory that is needed to fix the cause of the check engine light being on.
Please see the following steps...
Insert your key and turn the ignition to position "C" (Run/On) without starting the engine.Press the second button from the top on your information center (next to the steering column, car symbol) until "Oil Life" displays on your odometer cluster.
Press and hold the "Reset" button on your information center (check mark symbol) until the "Oil Life" display changes to 100 percent.
Turn your ignition to position "A" (Lock/Off).
