Had the same problem on mine and you have to make sure when you check all you bulbs especially your tail lights that the metal clips on the bottom aren't burnt. That was my problem also pull the tabs out just a little and see if that helps

I have a dodge ram 1500 year of module is 2002 and the check engine light keeps comming on what could this mean?

I had the same problem with this truck as well. If the gas cap is loose it can cause the check engine light to turn on. Try tightening the cap well each time you fill up. If this does not help you may want to try replacing the gas cap. Hope this was helpful.

1996 dodge ram 1500 5.2L no brake lights or turn signals. fuses are good. what else could it be?

I would suspect the turn signal switch is at fault.have someone hold the brake and wiggle turn switch. ..When you turn swtch to the right and brake the turn switch turns off left brake lamp so light will blink same thing the other way ..kinda complicated but hope that helps

2002 Dodge Ram 4X4 1500 - "lamp out" truck says the following are out, left brake light, left turn signal, left low beam, right high beam. I have changed them all and it didn't change anything....

Try resetting the computer. Unhook both battery cables and ground them out to the frame. This will bleed off any charge in the computer. Do this for at least 60 seconds. Hook the battery back up and check for messages.

If that doesn't help, make sure you have the correct bulbs. The computer sends a small electrical pulse to the lights to test them, several times a minute. If you've ever upgraded your lights (like to HID lights) or replaced the bulbs with something not OEM equivalent, this cal cause the "Lamp Out" condition.

Lamp out warning lights keeps going on and off on 2003 dodge ram

Sorry to hear that,

When it comes on, check Your Head Lights, Turn Signals, Tail Lights and Brake lights.

If your lights are all functional, sounds good,
that sensor is for all your lights, including your interior, under hood,

If your door doesn't close right it can set it off

I'd suggest to bring it in to a shop and let them look for loose/ bad/ broken connections but $_$ concerns suggest to keep general watch over your light functions

I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500. I have rear break lights, reverse lights, and turn signals, but when I turn my headlights on there are no running lights - any ideas?

Check the hazard light switch. See if the switch works to flash the parking lights. Also there is a wealth of information here . Can't go wrong having it for instances like these.
