Question about 2000 Ford Contour
My Ford Contour LE has a place for propane but I don't know how to switch it over to propane. I didn't get a manual for it when I bought it. How do I switch from gasoline to propane?

The older CNG Contours are prone to "compuvalve" failure. The compuvalve is the system that injects natural gas into the engine instead of gasoline. If the unit dies, your CNG light will not come on, and the car will default to gasoline.
You could check and see if the CNG fuses are blown. They are located on the driver side strut tower brace, between the strut tower and the power brake booster.
The fuses are covered with a black rubber boot, that is secured with a small black ziptie. Cut the ziptie and you shoud find 2 fuses. These are the fuses for the CNG system and compuvalve.
