Question about 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe
That sounds strange. you maybe failing to check one fuse. check all locations for fuses in your car. normally under the hood, and under the dash.
it can also be a relay not working, try to follow the cables from the fuse box once you identify which ones are the ones that control those accesories.
