How to repair the 4 wheel drive unit!

things to consider here are the lousy performance
if you have it in 4x4 and are operating on hard surface then the drive train torques up and that requires extra power to drive
it also requires a greater turning circle as the torque action is difficult to allow the cv "U" joints to turn in the not straight ahead position
4x4 is for poor traction surfaces where that torque action is released by the tires being allowed to skid on the low friction surfaces
4x4 is only meant for off road conditions or snow and ice

What is the torque setting for my alloy wheels?

Your torque spec is usually based off of lug diameter, if you have 19mm lug nuts then 75#ft should be sufficient.

for what........the wheels?

Call the tire shop where you bought your tires. Tell them you had to put your spare tire on and you want to torque it correctly. Some shops torque all lugs the same, maybe 85 lbs of torque. But tire shops have manuals to check the manufacturers for exact torque settings for the wheel studs.

If its something deeper than wheels, buy the repair manual.

You can afford the the book (LOL)
