Took it to the dealer for troubleshooting. You need new keys. The circuit board in the key apparently fails after a period of time.

Even though the LED blinks the key head has probably failed. You can get one (or two) from Sunset Porsche for less then $100 ea. Then you will have to take it to a dealer to have it (them) programmed, ~$125. If you get one from E-bay or a non-dealer source make sure that it has the code attached or it cannot be programmed. If you lose the blade it will cost ~$200+ to get one cut.

Cna find it HERE

Hope this help.

It sounds like you need to visit the dealer and have them re-program the
key to the car (hoping that it's not a fault in the car itself).

TSB 20/03 9662 Replacing The Key Remote Control Battery (dated 06-25-04)
describes how changing the battery "incorrectly" can cause the
processor to lock up and stop functioning. If this happens it instructs
    you to:

1.4 Check the function of the remote control.

Note: If the remote control does not function after replacing the
battery, the processor could have stopped. If this is the case, the LED
of the remote control either does not light when the button is pressed
or it lights continuously, i.e., longer than length of time the button
is pressed. The processor must be restarted. In this case, proceed as is
    described under Step 2.

    2. Restarting the processor.

2.1 Remove battery as described under Step 1.2.

2.2 Inserting battery briefly with polarity reversed.

2.2.1 After a waiting time of at least 10 seconds, slide battery with
the polarity of the battery reversed (positive terminal downwards) under
the tab (Figure 1, arrow 2).

2.2.2 Clip battery downward into the holder.

2.2.3 After a waiting time of approx. 3 seconds, remove this incorrectly
    polarized battery again.

2.3 Install battery as described under Step 1.3.

2.4 Check the function of the remote control.

Hope this work to solve it.

Hi! PLease check the door actuators for it may be faulty thats why its not responding. You may need to replace this actuators inside the door. You will have to remove the door trimmings to access it. Hope this helps and have a good one!

My Porsche Key fob no longer unlocks the doors

Insert key into door barrel or ignition lock and turn key, whilst doing this press the unlock/lock button, the led on the dash should flash to indicate this has initialised the key to the car, then remove key and test operation of remote. If this fails then a new remote plus coding to the car by your dealership is needed

Car remote keys won't open the car

Look in the manual to see how to make the car "learn" the remote's code. Failing that, look for a box with lot of wires under a seat or find where computer that controls that is in your car. Press the learn button on the box, and push the door lock button on the remote a couple times.

Maybe you can try this procedure to resyn your key.
Initialization Procedure.

1. Open central locking system using the car key.
2. Get into the car and close all doors.
3. Using the car key, switch the ignition lock briefly to position "1" and then switch off again. (Please do this switching within 5 seconds or otherwise the system is not ready for initialization.

5. When holding the "OPEN" key, press the "LOCK" button three time.
6. After pressing the "LOCK" button 3 times, release the "OPEN" button.
7. If the initialization process is sucessful, the door will lock and unlock immediately to confirm the process.
