Pure SWAG on my part, but the only 2 things I can think of on the back cab wall are the power slider motor ( if a rear power slider is installed ) or the VSM ( Vehicle Security Module, called a Body Security module on 04-05 MY ).

should not be clicking, maybe an issue with maybe the ground to the VSM ?

You would need to remove the seat back if it is a SuperCrew or SuperCab, to get to the VSM to check the ground, and if any of the pins are discolored in the connectors ( remove and check ):

Close up of what you are shooting for when the seat is installed, the screw driver needs to go through that openeing to trigger the clip.

The trigger you need to press to release the seat back. Best once you get 1 side released, stick something under it so it does not click back into place, I used a 2x4 in a sock to slide between the seat back and bottom.

The electric rear sliding window does not work. Where is the fuse located? 2005 Ford F 150 Lariat Crew cab.

If the power windows still work, it is not a fuse issue, they share the same fuse ( F401 form the accessory delay relay )

Either the switch or the motor is the cause.

When you press the button to the close direction ( with the window closed ) do the lights dim ( headlamp / interior lamps ) ?
If they do, the window is getting power in that direction, so it could be the switch for the open direction or the motor, or something in the track.

If you pull down the overhead console ( the non rail one is open the sun glass compartment, and pull down on each rear corner, it is held up with spring clips ) the wires to the slider are Red w/ yellow stripe and yellow w/ light blue stripe.
If you apply power to these wires, one direction is open, the reverse is close. Test direct to the wires to know if the slider motor is the issue or the switch.

Check the entire track for obstructions

To get the slider motor, you need to remove the rear seat back

Rear power window, power pedals, driver power seat and out side power mirrow not working. Checked the one fuse and it tested good 2005 Ford F150 King Ranch Super Crew

Check for a bad splice in the driver's side door sill.
The SuperCrew the splice is generally a purple wire back by the C-pillar, and looks to be wrapped in a tape that looks like hockey tape. Should have signs of water damage.

If you did not have the rear slider issue, I would have thought VSM ( Vehicle Security Module ) ground missing. The VSM is mounted behind the rear seat back ( need to remove the seat to get to it to check ).

Change a rear window on 2005 f350

I changed to a slider in my F-250 some time ago, it wasn't difficult. I purchased an aftermarket slider, it had great directions. On removal be careful not to damage the weatherstripping around the window. I think I'd be tempted to have the quad take out the center and right side, which would probably make removal easier. Pull out (carefully) the weatherstrip from the window, work in some dishwashing liquid soap, it'll come out easier. Also it would be best to do it where it's warm so the rubber will be easier to flex for removal and installation (access to a heated garage?) Installation was a breeze, you put a rope in the opening of the window in the weatherstrip, hold the new window corner up tight , as u pull out the rope, it opens up the seal to allow the new slider to fit right in. I'm a little fuzzy on the removal procedure, but w/ patience, liquid soap, and care, u should be able to remove it. (check the directions that hopefully are included). Let me know how u make out.

Drivers side rear power window not working

the window wouldnt do that as a sign of defect. most likely the motor went out. but also maybe the clips on the windows bottom broke causing it to fall. the only way to know for sure would be to open it up it could come down to being something as simple as a switch
