Question about 1999 Dodge Caravan
There is normally only 2 bolts holding it in place and from this photo of one for a 3.8 L engine it does have only 2 bolts but does have a stud at the top which is holding it in place. If you have remove the 2 bolts then use a flat blade screwdriver to pry it off. Make darn sure you have the battery positive cable removed from the battery and mark the wires at the starter before removing.
