Question about 1999 Oldsmobile Silhouette
You will need to scan the ABS system and find out which wheel speed sensor isn't working.
ABS and traction control both use the information from the sensors.
In my shop it is usually a broken wire to one of the front sensors or a bad sensor in one of the four wheels.
The sensors are part of the wheel hub/bearings and need to be replaced as an assembly if one of them are the problem.
