Fuses and relays have several locations; passenger compartment fuse panel is below the instrument panel on the driver's side...
These relays are located on the reverse side of the passenger compartment fuse panel. To access n2002 ford explorer none of the power windows go - 9609d3e.jpgthe fuse panel.

There is a defect in the electronic control module for the power windows, it is covered under a TSB, the number of this Technical Service Bulletin is: TSB #04259, to diagnose and confirm this problem requires the dealer to hook up a special electronic system scanner called a NGS tester.
