Could be bad bearings in the belt tensioner pulley, bad bearings in the water pump, bad bearings in the alternator (though that would tend to squeal unless they're really trashed) or bad bearings in the power steering pump.  Get a wrench on each one and see which one won't turn.

I need a timing belt diagram for a 1995 dodge caravan 3.3

The 3.3 L Caravan engine does not use a timing belt.. It is timing chain set up. What belt are you talking about that broke?? The serpentine belt that drives all the accessories??

Serpentine belt just replaced yet 5 days later making the same chirping noise only worse. Could it be something else like a water pump?

it could be water pump it could also be power steering pump or even the alternator but sounds like for sure one of the units that the belt drives

1994 Dodge Caravan Serpentine fan belt will slip off pulleys if a little water is applied. All pulleys have been tested without noise. At start up and while driving a grinding noise is heard-like ball...

Take a good look at the tensioner pulley (the one with the spring) when the van isn't running. You'll notice that the belt is on the very outside edge of the pulley. Once you add water (or hit a puddle) the belt will slip off that pulley. The tensioner arm is worn and needs to be replaced. Since it's worn (the spring has become weak) it's not aligned right and is acting like a cone shaped pulley. As soon as it gets wet it wants to walk off the end.

If you take the belt off there should be a noticable line (paint worn off) on the pulley where it used to ride. Or you can look at it nearest the engine with the belt on and you should see a shiny area where it used to ride.

Hope that helps. Thanks for using FixYa.

I have a grinding sound coming from the front of my engine on a dodge caravan 3.3 L took of the serpentine belt and still makes the noise

you will need to remove the plastic cover from the front of the motor to see if any og the timing belt tensioners are bad or if the water pump is going bad I would purchase a book from auto parts store to get step by step procedure.I hope this helps. Please leave comment.

Usually dirty pulleys or a pulley that is not properly aligned.Try cleaning the pulleys and see how that works first. If the noise is still there check the alignment or check to see if there is oil or coolant getting on the belt.A water pump will make more of a growling noise.Hope this helps.Good luck.

2006 Dodge Gr. Caravan. Loud humming noise upon

Misalignment of the belt, incorrect belt, worn or loose tensioner, Too tight of an adjustment (many service centers do this on purpose so when the belt breaks in it becomes properly adjusted, I do not believe in this philosophy), The belt is actually one long belt called a serpentine belt.....

If your getting a grinding noise when turning it's probably in the power steering. If you leaking fluid you have a hole, more then likely in the high pressure line or the rack and pinion is bad.
