I have 2008 honda fit and it blows fuse for CLUSTER all the light are out.? the code is ou155

that error is IP cluster communications dead, can bus to it dead.
as will be scan too if fuse f23 is blown
you forgot step 1.
check all fuses, (means test them)

this cluster is computer, it uses the CAN_Bus network to talk to all other modules PCM ,.BCM etc.
i bet it the cluster is not bad.
I bet it has no power, fuse 23,
got that code how, NOT TOLD.

Need a little more info,
When your cluster dies, is it everything?
All back lighting? or just the icons don't light anymore?
How about outside lights? tail, brake, marker, head lights, are any of those out when the fuse blows?
Does the fuse blow right away or is it a slow few minutes to hours or days?

I did some checking on BMW X5, seems that this particular vehicle has major problems with everything, so this may take some time to get straightened out.

check fuses.
try to reset , some of these clusters have a hot all time pin.
so pull all cluster fuses, 2 min. and put back. see if it wakes up
NO? then pull it and reseat all connectors to it and on it.
if not ,working, its probably bad.
but you never scanned it, missing all those errors to it.
the cluster is like your computer monitor now but uses the CAN-BUS
network in car. (or LIN bus) and if the comms are down to
PCM or BCM,. the cluster may go nuts.

not scanning it ,misses the boat., all car , today must be scanned.
period.
i use an INNOVA 3160, that sees ALL jeep codes.
B codes, U codes, all codes.
read the FSM and see all those 1000 of codes , some even show
comm's to cluster DOWN. or corrupted.
that be it. for 07 newer jeeps.

One more thing to check , an it's the Main Fuse , it should be either 100 or 150 Amp fuse , ill be back at work Monday and ill check it in my wiring diagram . Usually this Fuse blow up when jumping a car incorrectly or mistakenly touching the terminals together . So I would check the big fuses first . Also why spend 600.00 at the dealer for a cluster when you could find one with a same or close mileage at Ebay for a fraction of that's .

there is one inside the car. 3 possible places; under the glove box, under the steering wheel or if you open the driver side door the corner of the dashboard usually triangular piece of plastic to remove

the diodes in the cluster has burned out common problem replace cluster

I have same problem. Fuses keep blowing in 1 to 2 days, which affect all interior & instrument cluster, parking/tail/turn signal, Lights which was 4 fuses. Good Luck & def. check fuses (3 locations)
