TCM Forklift model FCG25-3L will not start when i turn the key to the on postion u can hear the fuel coming out of the intake

Danger of hydro-lock or fuel in crankcase condition will occur. Do not start! Fuel pump relay should be interlocked with oil pressure sending unit. Is it diesel or gas? Is it Carb or fuel injection? Investigate before running engine. Check oil dipstick for presence of fuel in oil. Fire hazard also exist .Be careful.

Lumina troubleshooting

Sounds as if you are having fuel injector problems . Try putting in high octane gas and then some fuel Injection cleaner run it for awhile and see if it straightens out some . It could also be a injector pump . It may also need tune up plugs and plug wires new rotor and rotor cap . You may need a tune up badly also check your intake air cleaner ect

I have a code reader and the code is P0171 P0174 System too lean. what makes the system too lean?

P0171 - Fuel Injection System Too Lean Bank 1
Possible Causes:
- Intake air leaks
- Front Heated oxygen sensor may be faulty
- Injectors may be faulty
- Exhaust gas leaks
- Incorrect fuel pressure
- Lack of fuel
- Mass air flow sensor may be faulty
- Incorrect PCV hose connection

P0174 - Fuel Injection System Too Lean Bank 2
Possible Causes:
- Intake air leaks
- Front Heated oxygen sensor may be faulty
- Injectors may be faulty
- Exhaust gas leaks
- Incorrect fuel pressure
- Lack of fuel
- Mass air flow sensor may be faulty
- Incorrect PCV hose connection

What Causes These Codes: Fuel injection system does not operate properly. The amount of mixture ratio compensation is too large. (The mixture ratio is too rich.) The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) monitors the engine Air/Fuel mixture ratio, the actual mixture ratio can be brought closely to the theoretical mixture ratio based on the mixture ratio feedback signal from the heated oxygen sensors 1. The PCM calculates the necessary compensation to correct the offset between the actual and the theoretical ratios. In case the amount of the compensation value is extremely large (The actual mixture ratio is too lean.), the PCM judges the condition as the fuel injection system malfunction and light up the engine light. The codes is usually set when there is an intake leak after the air flow meter, before replacing any parts check for loose or broken hoses and intake gasket leak. On Ford some models dirty air filter, and dirty or faulty air flow sensor are the cause of the problem.

Intake manifold fills up with gas have changed the fuel pump air intake sensor fuel filter and pcm

You must have a problem with the fuel injection system The gas is leaking out after the fuel pump but before it gos throught the injectors and ending up in the intake manifold It could be one of the lines has split or some how become dislouged inside the intake manifold That the olny thing i can think of that could cause this to acure

Fuel injection flush - is it necessary?

no its a joke to buy something like that in a can to put in your tank, think about it,raw gas is the best cleaner for grease, oil ,varnish,
But what gas or any injector cannot dissolve is rust partials from metal fuel tanks. And most of them are plastic now.

When i take the intake plenum off, there is fuel sitting in the left hand side(fuel press regulator side) 1995 chevy blazer. the fuel injection got replaced last summer and i replaced the regulator a month...

Wow, that's interesting, I'm trying to think how you could be getting gas in the oil. I'm guessing the gas on top of the motor is coming from a leaking O-ring. You maybe have a nick or tear in one of the O-rings in that area. It might only leak at certain temperatures with things expanding and contracting. Try wiggling some of the lines and fuel pressure regulator to see if you can make the leak a little more obvious. As far as gas in the oil the only thing that I can think of is leaky injector and the gas running down past the piston rings. I guess it could leak down past the intake manifold into the lifter valley but, I find that hard to believe. Good luck with that one, have a Happy New Year!!!

spider injection under upper intake plenum is bad or the fuel pressure regulator is bad, it is mounted on the spider, main problem with these blazers until 2003

Water coming out of stem valve on top of intake on 86 corvette

If it was water that came from the valve, and If you can identify the stem valve as a valve on the fuel injection rail or line, then yes , you have water in your gas, and no, it is not normal for water to come out of this valve. If the valve is , in fact, connected to the fuel injection system, it is likely the test valve where a pressure gage is hook up to test the pressure of the fuel going into the fuel injection.
Depending on just how much water is in the system, try several treatments of dry gas, or you just may have to have the fuel tank drained.
Good Luck!
