If its factory keyless entry, chances are your battery for your remote need to be replaced, the remote could also need to be reprogrammed... If it is an after-market system, there are several possibilities... wires could be pinched, the door lock solenoids could be broken or misaligned, the "brain" of the system might need to be reprogrammed.
