On another vehicle I have had, a slowly failing battery that would have its charge fall below 12 volts when parked overnight, would cause the alarm to go off. The alarm sensor would read that some kind of electric signal was drawing current, as if the door was open and no alarm release signal was received, so the alarm would go off in the middle of night as if a break in occurred.
Your car has lost some kind of security system programming. You need the dealer to look into this and do whatever programming is required.
